You can do this at any time, without contacting us:
We email you straight away with the exact date your data will be removed.
Deletion is scheduled for 30 days after you confirm, and you are signed out immediately. This is deliberate: it protects you if the request was a mistake or someone else reached your account.
Signing back in within those 30 days cancels the deletion and restores your account exactly as it was. After 30 days it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once the 30 days elapse, your profile is anonymised — name, email, phone number, password and birth details are erased — and these are deleted outright:
Your name, email and phone number are also stripped from any past bookings, and the address and phone on past orders are cleared.
Order and booking records survive in anonymised form — amounts, dates and items, with no personal details attached. We are required to retain financial records for tax and accounting purposes, and they can no longer be connected back to you.
If you opted in to WhatsApp updates, you can stop them without deleting your account: reply STOP to any message, or turn the toggle off in Account Settings. We act on a STOP immediately.
If you have lost access to your account, email hello@healinghigherself.org from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your data. We will verify it is you and complete the request within 30 days.
