Refund Policy

1. Physical Products
We accept returns and refunds for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, meditations, energy fields, etc.), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.
3. Healing Sessions
Healing session bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are eligible for a 50% refund or a reschedule at no extra cost. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. If a healer cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at your convenience.
4. Courses and Subscriptions
Course purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for the current billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Wallet Credits
Wallet credits earned through referrals or promotions are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may only be used toward purchases on our platform.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or card statement.
