Shipping Policy

1. Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, guides, courses, and downloadable content) are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive access via email and through your account dashboard. No physical shipping is required for digital products.

2. Physical Products — Domestic (India)

Physical products are shipped within India via BlueDart or Delhivery. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Free shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹5,000.

3. Physical Products — International

International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on the destination country. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees levied by the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. For undelivered packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
