3a. AI Features, Biometric Data & Sub-processors

Some features rely on third-party processors that may be located outside India: Google (Gemini AI) powers our chatbot, search, recommendations and the AI Aura Reading; Razorpay processes payments; Google Cloud Storage stores uploaded media; and analytics may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. When you use the AI features, the content you submit (and, for logged-in users, your name and email) may be processed by Google to generate a response.

The AI Aura Reading processes a photograph of you together with the birth details you provide. A facial image is biometric / special-category personal data. We use it solely to generate your reading: it is transmitted to our AI provider (Google) for that purpose and is not stored on our servers afterwards. By using the Aura Reading you consent to this processing — please do not upload a photo if you do not agree.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data, secure HTTPS connections, and regular security audits. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers (such as Razorpay) and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
